Extension for Gmail with which to trace your emails.

If you tend to use Gmail as a working tool, sending proposals and offers to your customers, you will find that Yesware, a free extension, comes in handy. This extension is compatible with Firefox (which is what's offered here to download) and Google Chrome (a version you can download from the website of Yesware). It's designed for sales professionals and teams so they can "trace" the emails you send to your customers.

Yesware lets you, directly from the Gmail interface which is linked to perfection, prepare email templates for each phase of the negotiation with the customer, sorting messages into categories (proposals, negotiations, invoices, aftermarket etc) that you can customize for yourself. In addition, you can track via Yesware at all times the messages sent to know if they have been opened by the recipient, or share templates created and statistics relating to emails sent and read them at every stage of the sale.
